Micole volunteered at service sites in NYC and asked herself, "How do underserved individuals learn about these resources and what can be done to make them more accessible?" She brainstormed ways to solve the problem and as a result, she created a multimedia platform where a variety of services are highlighted through descriptions and TikTok videos.
